2018
Westminster’s story began with a simple observation: professionals needed more than legal knowledge alone.

The gap was clear.
Westminster’s roots go back to 2018, when our founders launched The American Jordanian Center for Consultation & Training with a single goal: providing high-quality legal English training tailored to this region.
While that first chapter was short-lived, the need it identified never disappeared. It only grew.
In 2026, Westminster launched, built to close that gap properly, and to go further still, into management consulting.
The problem was never only a lack of legal knowledge among lawyers. It was language, and it reached further than the legal profession alone.
Lawyers who studied at Arabic-medium universities, who understood the law completely, found themselves held back from English-language contracts, from corporate and projects departments, from international work, simply because the specific vocabulary of legal English had never been taught to them properly.
And beyond the legal profession, professionals in procurement, risk, and compliance handle contracts and legal decisions every day, without ever having had access to the legal grounding those decisions require.
Westminster Legal Lab exists for exactly that audience.
Closing both gaps, for lawyers and for everyone else who works with contracts, is what Westminster was built to do.

Why the name
Why "Westminster?"
Westminster is the historic heart of London, home to the UK’s Parliament and centuries of legal tradition.
It’s also where the English language of law, the terms, the drafting conventions, the precision lawyers are trained to, has its roots.
We carry that name deliberately: a mark of where legal English comes from, and the standard we train toward.

Legal Education
Our TOLES Foundation, Higher, and Advanced preparation courses are built for lawyers who want to work on English-language contracts, move into corporate or projects departments, or work internationally. These courses are not only for lawyers. Anyone whose work touches contracts and legal terminology will find real value here. Westminster Legal Lab was built for professionals in procurement, risk, and compliance who handle contracts and must assess legal risk in their decisions every day, without a legal background to stand on.

Leadership
The people behind Westminster.
Dr. Mamoun Al-Omari
Dr. Mamoun Al-Omari leads Westminster across both divisions. He holds dual doctorates in International Commercial Arbitration and in Business Administration, and is Managing Director of Al-Omari Group for Law & Arbitration. He is an accredited arbitrator and member of the LCIA, a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators, and a member of a London-based think tank specialising in economics, corporate governance, and investment. His expertise spans international arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, investment, and energy.
Mohammad Abdel-Hadi
Mohammad Abdel-Hadi co-founded Westminster. He is a technology and commercial lawyer and Partner at Abdel-Hadi & Partners Advocates and Legal Consultants, with an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Canberra, Australia. He brings more than a decade in private practice and previously served as Legal Counsel at PwC across the Middle East. His practice spans corporate and commercial law, contracts, project finance, technology and IT law, data protection and compliance, intellectual property, and startup matters, at every scale from a company’s first contract to major cross-border projects.
